Product Designer
We are looking for a designer who thinks in systems and sweats the details. You will own the end-to-end design of Bon Feedback and Bon PopUp - from early concepts to shipped pixels. You will work closely with the founding team, talk directly to customers, and have real say in what gets built.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally at a SaaS company
- Strong visual sensibility - you care deeply about typography, spacing, and craft
- Comfortable working async and communicating decisions clearly in writing
- Experience designing for web apps, not just marketing sites
- A portfolio that shows taste, thinking, and shipped work
Full-stack Engineer
We need an engineer who can move fast without breaking things, and who takes pride in clean, maintainable code. You will build features end-to-end - from database to UI - and help shape the technical direction of our products. No bureaucracy. No sprint ceremonies. Just good work, shipped well.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of full-stack experience with modern web technologies
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript - Node.js backend, React frontend
- Experience with databases, APIs, and scalable SaaS infrastructure
- Writes code that other people can understand and build on
- Self-directed - can take a problem and run with it without hand-holding
Growth & Marketing
We are looking for someone who can help good products find the right people. Not a growth hacker - a thoughtful marketer who understands SaaS, respects the audience, and knows that the best marketing is a product people love talking about.
What we are looking for
- Experience marketing a SaaS product - you understand the funnel and metrics that matter
- Strong writer - you can explain things clearly and make people care
- Hands-on with SEO, content strategy, and distribution
- Comfortable running experiments and learning from the numbers
- Can work independently and manage your own priorities without micromanagement
